We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of work, community and leisure activities.
We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Worksuite Room

Based on the first floor of Edgcumbe House, (accessed via Taprell House courtyard in North Street), it is a newly renovated, significant 19th century listed building, within the town. This Co-work space allows you to work alongside other like-minded people to connect, create and collaborate. Whether you need a place away from home 2 or 3 days a week or a full-time desk, we have a variety of flexible options available.
The room can also be hired as a whole space if required for either 4 or 8 hours. Or we have tailored packages, with hours spread out over a week or a month to suit your specific requirements.

A small Meeting/Therapy Room on the first floor of Edgcumbe House (accessed via Taprell House courtyard in North Street), a smaller room that would be suitable for 1:1 sessions, private therapy sessions or small meetings.
This room can be hired in 2 hourly blocks.

Medium Event Space/Training Days/Workshops (up to 30)
The Guildhall meeting chamber is on the upper floor and this area is now available for hire as a medium event space. There is a powered Stair Climber to assist those with limited mobility.
We have a variety of hiring options to suit your particular needs. There are also fixed local catering packages available.
